Top 15 MLB Lefthanded Pitching Prospects Entering 2021

He only got to work at the Padres alternate site in 2020, but MacKenzie Gore remains the top lefthanded pitching prospect in the game. Gore is one of three Padres lefties to crack the Top 100 Prospects list and rank among the game’s top 10 lefty pitching prospects. The Royals (Daniel Lynch and Asa Lacy) have two among the top five.

A pair of long-time top prospects, A.J. Puk and Brendan McKay, slid off the top 10 this year as they attempt to work back from shoulder injuries.
