Because many minor leagues separate their season into halves, several have already clinched playoff spots. Here is a rundown of MiLB teams that have punched their tickets to the postseason and which Top 100 prospects are on each roster.

The Brewers, Rockies, White Sox and Cardinals each have multiple playoff entrants. Milwaukee has its Low-A and High-A affiliates, while St. Louis has its Low-A and Double-A affiliates, Colorado has its High-A and Double-A affiliates and Chicago has its Low-A and Double-A affiliates.

Two playoff entrants boast multiple Top 100 prospects: Low-A Modesto has outfielders Jonny Farmelo and Lazaro Montes and shortstop Colt Emerson, though Farmelo and Emerson are currently on the injured list, and Double-A Birmingham has lefthander Noah Schultz and catcher Edgar Quero.
