White Sox Land Top-10 Phillies Prospect For Banks

The Phillies traded LHP Tanner Banks to the White Sox and received SS William Bergolla. Banks, 32, provides Philadelphia another lefthanded option in the middle of the bullpen who could even provide multiple innings at a time. Bergolla, 19, ranked No. 10 in the Phillies system. The switch-hitter makes boatloads of contact, but without a ton of power so far, and is a sound defender with a chance to stick at shortstop.
