Facing Chase Dollander, the second-best pitching prospect in the game, Jones unloaded on a fastball and sent it an estimated 453 feet with an exit velocity of 115 mph. For perspective, there are just 26 hitters this season in the big leagues who have produced an EV of 115 mph or greater. Jones finished the night 3-for-5 with the home run, two singles and a stolen base.
