Montes Mashes A Triple

Lazaro Montes is a big man with big power. On Wednesday, he put some of that thump on display by hitting a triple in one of his two at-bats against the Dodgers. The lefty swinger’s power grades at a 70 on the 20-to-80 scouting scale, but his speed is at the very bottom of the range, meaning a triple isn’t something you’re likely to see out of the 19-year-old, though he did have two three-baggers on his ledger.
