Cubs’ Matt Shaw Hits Third Homer In Four Games

Triple-A Iowa third baseman Matt Shaw went 4-for-5 with a triple and a home run on Sunday. Shaw is finishing the season in excellent fashion. This was his seventh multi-hit game in 11 September games, and it was his third home run in the past four games. Shaw has hit .296/.382/.565 in the 29 games since he was promoted to Triple-A and is hitting .283/.375/.493 overall this year.
