Coby Mayo’s Piling Up Hits, Struggling In Field

Norfolk third baseman Coby Mayo (Orioles) added two more hits including a double in his second game of the season, following up his two-hit game in the season opener. He’s now hitting .400/.400/.500. That’s the good news. The bad news is Mayo had a throwing error on Saturday, which is his third throwing error in just two games. Mayo currently had a .625 fielding percentage.
