Bryce Eldridge’s 2024 AFL Stint Is Over
After a long, successful 2024 season, Bryce Eldridge’s first full professional season has come to an end. Eldridge was removed from Scottsdale’s roster on Friday after 10 games in the Arizona Fall League. Eldridge went 12-for-41 during his time with the Scorpions hitting three doubles, two home runs and batting .293/.348/.512 but with 16 strikeouts to three walks. It caps off a year in which Eldridge jumped all four full-season levels and reached Triple-A Sacramento for the final two weeks of the season. Over 116 games in 2024, Eldridge hit .292/.374/.516 with 23 home runs in his age-19 season. Eldridge is one of the top power prospects in baseball and among the best prospects 20 years old or younger.
