Beck To The Future

Jordan Beck is one of the Rockies’ brightest prospects and he used his brief action on Monday to build on that reputation. The Tennessee alum got a sinker from San Francisco’s Ben Madison and turned it into a two-run double. The two-bagger had an exit velocity of 109 mph and Beck trotted to second with a sprint speed of 27.8 feet per second, the same mark posted in 2023 by—among others—Shohei Ohtani, Lars Nootbaar and Jose Ramirez.
