Baseball Mourns Ali
Muhammad Ali, the former heavyweight champion boxer whose personality transcended sports and made him perhaps the best-known and best-loved sports figure ever, died Friday. He was 74. Ali was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1984 and had been in ill health.
Baseball reacted to the death of one of the giants of sports.
