2021 Los Angeles Angels Instructional League Roster
The Angels went with an all-pitching draft this year, so it’s no surprise to see a ton of arms featured on their instructional league roster. Eighteen of the 19 pitchers Los Angeles selected and signed in 2021 are on the roster, with the only exception being Mo Hanley, a 13th-rounder out of Adrian (Mich.) College. Otherwise, fans in Tempe can see first-rounder Sam Bachman and second-rounder Ky Bush, who each impressed in their pro debuts. You can also find 12th-round righthander Mason Albright, who was extremely impressive in his pro debut.
Among position players are contact-oriented shortstop Livan Soto, shortstop Jeremiah Jackson (who missed much of the year with injury), as well as high-upside infielder Kyren Paris and Arol Vera. Also included is toolsy outfielder Jordyn Adams, who missed roughly three weeks in the earlygoing with an injury.
