Grant Williams

A solid defensive second baseman at Kennesaw State with good instincts, Williams has been a consistent hitter with Kennesaw State for four years and is a career .301/.374/.385 hitter with more than twice as many walks as strikeouts. His approach will give him a chance to be a productive offensive player, and he also hit .326/.410/.378 in 28 games in the Cape Cod League last summer. He’s never hit for much power, but this spring he has a career-high five home runs and 16 doubles.
