Procopio's results weren't great at Niagara this season; in 58 innings he posted a 4.19 ERA and walked 27 batters. He did, however, strike out 75 batters. Procopio's future may be in the bullpen. In workouts leading up to the draft, he reached 97 for multiple teams. He has a labrum injury in his past and is far from a sure thing, but he has elite arm strength and could be an intriguing project at the professional level.
