  Hill is a projectable southpaw who isn't ready for pro ball now but could blossom into an early-round pick after three years at Texas A&M. The 6-foot-3, 175-pounder can touch 92 mph at times and pitch at 87 at others. His changeup has the makings of a solid second pitch. His curveball lags behind, as he doesn't get enough spin on it because he throws it with a stiff wrist. His upside is intriguing, though he'll have to improve his strength, consistency and command to get there.
