Noll hit .367/.427/.620 with 12 home runs and 34 extra-base hits to earn second-team All-America honors. The high average is not a surprise, as Noll came into the year with a career .359 average, but the newfound power is a boost to Noll's pro prospects, as it alleviates some of the concerns about how Noll would profile with a likely move to the outfield as a pro. Noll's long track record of success offensively includes an excellent stint in the Cape Cod League last summer (he hit .326/.366/.452). Noll is a ripped 6-foot-2, 195-pounds with strong wrists and arms. His swing is simple and geared for contact with a simple load and above-average bat speed; that's where the developing power is coming from. Scouts wondering how Noll would handle top pitching saw Noll go 5-for-12 in a three-game series against Florida's Logan Shore, A.J. Puk and Alex Faedo early in the season. A week later, he tripled off of Illinois righthander Cody Sedlock. Defensively, Noll is stretched at second base, where he played for the Eagles. Scouts believe he will likely move to the outfield as a pro. Left field is most likely, but Noll is an above-average runner who may be able to slide to center field.
