Withrow, the brother of the Dodgers' Chris Withrow, was expected to be a prominent prospect heading into his sophomore season. He struggled as a starter that year, but bounced back with a strong performance in the California Collegiate League, then pitched only sparingly as a reliever as a junior at Texas Tech as he's struggled to stay healthy. When he can air it out Withrow will sit 89-94 mph with a potentially average slider. He most likely projects as a reliever.
