Reid Love

Love was one of the more competitive players in the American Athletic Conference this season. A strong two-way player for the Pirates, Love swung the bat well, hitting just under .300, but his performance on the mound was a key part of East Carolina's success. Love has intriguing stuff from the left side, with a heavy fastball that works at 87-90. He's able to spot his fastball, changeup, and slider down and to both sides of the plate, and has a knack for hitting his spots.
