Neubeck was a catcher at Air Force who moved to the mound and quickly showed potential as a pitcher. He sits 90-92 mph but will touch 94 and his fastball has some arm-side sink and glove-side cut. His curveball is a mid-70s hard curve that he can throw early or late in counts. He shows some feel for a changeup with some late fade. His three-pitch mix and clean delivery gives him a chance to be a starter.
