Manuel is an athletic righthander with a 6-foot-2, 195-pound frame and multi-sport background as a high school football and basketball player. He made a name for himself as a polished strike thrower early in the 2024 prep class and pushed his heater into the mid-90s at peak, though he mostly sits in the 88-91 mph range. Manuel has some effort in his delivery and throws with a higher arm slot and drop-and-drive action in his lower half with a bit of feel for a breaking ball in the upper 70s and a changeup that lags behind. He is committed to NC State and will be 19 on draft day.
