Matt Farnum

Farnum was a potential third-rounder a year ago, when he threw 91-95 out of the A&M bullpen, but his desire for a seven-figure bonus caused him to slide to the Blue Jays in the 24th round. After turning down $300,000 from Toronto, he pitched at 88-92 mph in 2003 and won't get offered that much again.
