Henry Yates

Righthanded hitters rarely are described as having a pretty swing, but Yates is an exception. The 6-foot-2, 190 pounder has occasional power and plus speed, though he was slowed by a hamstring injry this spring. He profiles best as a corner outfielder and has an average arm. Yates spent his first two college seasons at Delaware before transferring to Vanguard (Calif.) as a junior and Texas Wesleyan as a senior.
