Mann has impressive tools, but those tools don't always play as expected on the field. He's a plus runner in the 60-yard dash, but doesn't really show those times from home to first. With his speed, he would seem to be a solid center fielder, but scouts believe he'll end up sliding to a corner outfield spot eventually. At the plate, there's some power potential but his swing needs work to improve his ability to square up the ball consistently. He's signed with Duke, so he won't be a cheap sign, and his quick-twitch athleticism could allow him to develop into a higher draft pick after college.
