Ulloa is a 6-foot-2, 205-pound righthander who spent two seasons with San Joaquin Delta (Calif.) JC before transferring to LSU for the 2024 season. Ulloa throws from a high three-quarters slot and sits in the 92-94 mph range with a fastball that will touch 96 and pairs it with a sharp mid-80s slider that flashes solid two-plane break when he gets on top of it. He was an effective reliever for the Tigers early in the season and does a nice job establishing his fastball in the zone for strikes.
