Florida’s McAndrew, regarded as the top reliever in the nation, has seen his stock slip slightly, in part because he’s been used as a starter. Scouts say he’s lost velocity because his arm is so attuned to working one or two innings at a time and hasn’t adjusted to the additional workload.
