Righthander Cornelius from Alabama’s Thomasville High School is a near 4.0 student and has signed to attend Mississippi State with designs on a degree in aeronautical engineering. Scouts are generally in agreement that he is the top high school pitching prospect in the country, but they know they’re going to have to fork out a lot of bonus money to sway him from going to school.
