Grant Nelson

Nelson helped Saint Louis win a school-record 41 games in 2013 while making the transition from third baseman to catcher. Undrafted out of high school, in two years at Skyline (Calif.) JC and last year as a junior, he has bat speed and flashes solid righthanded power potential. The 6-foot-2, 220-pounder has slightly above-average arm strength and moves fine behind the plate, though he's still developing as a receiver.
