  Track Record: Munoz showed some of the best offensive tools in the 2022 international class and signed with the Dodgers for $757,000 out of the Dominican Republic. He lived up to his pedigree by batting .347 in the Dominican Summer League in his pro debut and continued to burnish his reputation in 2023. He finished fourth in the Arizona Complex League with 59 hits, led the league with seven triples and finished seventh with 89 total bases.
  
  Scouting Report: Munoz has a big, projectable 6-foot-3 frame that is easy to dream on. He has a smooth, rhythmic swing from the left side and drives the ball to all fields. He manages at-bats well and has a good feel for the strike zone. Munoz struggles against lefties, but his swing and plate discipline give him the foundation to grow into an above-average hitter. Munoz primarily focuses on contact, but he has the frame to get stronger and grow into average power as he matures. He drives balls hard for extra-base hits that should eventually turn into home runs. Munoz is a below-average runner, but he’s coordinated and plays center field well. He will likely end up in left field as an average defender with a fringy arm.
  
  The Future: Munoz’s raw foundation to hit for average and power is promising. He’ll move to Low-A Rancho Cucamonga in 2023.
