Davis is a 5-foot-11, 175-pound lefthander who put together a pair of strong seasons with Sam Houston State out of the bullpen and also pitched well in 2023 in the Cape Cod League. He works off a three-pitch mix, including a low-90s fastball that has been up to 95, a changeup in the low 80s with heavy arm-side action and a slurvy breaking ball in the low 80s with solid depth.
