Wills is a 6-foot, 180-pound infielder and outfielder who has speed and athleticism but is light on power. He’s done a nice job getting on base throughout his career and also did so in a 24-game stint with Cotuit in 2023 but he has just six career home runs and will drive his offensive value through average and on-base skills with well below-average raw power. He has played second base and left field and could provide some value as a player who can move around some but doesn’t profile as a regular left fielder. Wills was limited by injuries in 2024 but could be a day three target for some clubs.
