Like Fran Alduey, La Flor is another switch-hitting shortstop who trains with Carlos Guzman and looks to be in line for similar bonus a little north of $1 million, with the Twins expected to sign La Flor. He's a smaller-framed player with good bat speed, and while there are questions about how much offensive impact he will bring, he's a good athlete who projects to play somewhere in the middle of the diamond, with plus speed underway and a strong arm for his age and size.
