Standlee was Oklahoma State’s second most-used reliever in 2021. He made 24 appearances, going 4-1, 3.09 with eight saves. The fourth-year sophomore (redshirted in 2018 plus a Covid-19 year that didn’t count towards eligibility) has a pretty typical reliever’s assortment with a fringe-average 88-93 mph fastball, an average slider and a little-used but somewhat promising changeup. Standlee has shown he can fill in as a starter—he struck out 10 in a spot start against Texas this year. He’s a well-built (6-foot-4, 223 pounds) reliever with some versatility that could serve him well in pro ball.
