Chad Sykes

Sykes returned from Tommy John surgery this spring after missing the entire 2018 season. As a redshirt senior, Sykes gets his fastball up to the 93-94 mph range and couples that with a darting slider. He's posted strikeout rates better than 10 batters per nine in three separate seasons in the Southern Conference and this spring posted a career-best 0.96 ERA in 56 innings out of the bullpen.
