Harber figures to go both ways at Oregon if he's not bought out in the first five to seven rounds. The 6-foot-2, 203-pounder has athleticism and physicality that give him solid present tools. He's an above-average runner with decent hitting ability, and scouts like him better on the mound, where he has hit 93 and sits 87-91 mph with some life down in the zone. His below-average curveball lags behind his changeup, though he has shown enough feel for spin to allow scouts to project his curve as average.
