Karalus was the Broncos' go-to pitcher, working as a closer most of the season (nine saves) but also making five starts. He throws a lot of strikes with a fastball in the low 90s that peaks at 95 mph in a relief role, and his fastball has some sink. He also mixes in a curveball and changeup that have their moments. Karalus competes and throws a lot of strikes form a low three-quarters arm slot and was the No. 4 prospect in the Valley League last summer. He's got some physicality as well at 6-foot-3, 230 pounds.
