Jared Lyons

Lyons is a 6-foot lefthander who gets the most out of his body. In the early innings, Lyons can touch 92 mph with his fastball, though he usually settles in at 87-90 later in the game. His best offspeed pitch is his potential plus changeup, with features tumble and arm-side run, and consistently generates swings and misses, especially against right-handed hitters. Lyons was outstanding for Liberty this season, posting an ERA under two and striking out nearly five batters per walk.
