Brian Brown

A senior southpaw out of North Carolina State, Brown has been a big time performer with the Wolfpack since 2015, with a 3.03 career ERA in the ACC through 60 starts and 322 innings of work. He doesn’t have huge stuff, with an upper 80s fastball and an above-average, slow changeup, but he does enough to get the job done and has a solid strikeout-to-walk rate. This spring Brown pitched to a 2.71 ERA with 90 strikeouts and 26 walks—the highest strikeout-to-walk rate of his career.
