Zach Rice

Rice is a 6-foot-2 lefthander who sits in the low-90s with a swing-and-miss slider. Rice has arm strength and had a standout freshman year when he struck out 12.42 per nine, but his command is spotty, and he only threw 3 2/3 innings this spring as he was off the team halfway through the season.
