A four-year starter at shortstop for Southeast Missouri State, Boggetto's defensive skills should get him drafted, and after a slow start offensively to his collegiate career he's proven a reliable hitter as well. Boggetto's power numbers as a senior have not come close to the 13 he hit as a junior, but he's hitting for more average as a tradeoff. Boggetto has average hands and range and arm at shortstop and he''s an average runner. He has little less reliable defensively as a senior, as he'd committed 14 errors during the regular season. Boggetto'''s defensive skills and potential to hit 5-8 home runs should get him drafted as a senior sign.
