Marsh is a toolsy outfielder with a 6-foot-1, 185-pound frame who flashed intriguing power, speed and arm strength at the 2023 Area Code Games. He homered to the opposite field against a 90-mph fastball in that event and showed off strength and impressive bat speed, though his path can get a bit lengthy and he showed a tendency to expand the zone and employ a late trigger that could inhibit his timing. He is an above-average runner who probably fits best in a corner outfield spot, but he has plus arm strength that could allow him to fit nicely in right field, where he could have above-average defensive potential. A Stanford commit means he’s probably a tough sign for pro teams, but it’s easy to dream on his upside after a few years proving his bat in college.
