  Track Record: De Los Santos was one of the best athletes in the 2024 international class. He signed with the Twins for $1.9 million.
  
  Scouting Report: De Los Santos has one of the highest ceilings in this year’s international class as a skinny, fast-twitch shortstop with plus speed, a plus-plus arm and the hands and actions to likely stick at shortstop. However, his speed and arm would also be excellent in center field if the Twins eventually decide to investigate that route. For all his athleticism, De Los Santos’ hitting is not as advanced as his defense or speed. He’s a very aggressive hitter, and he needs to improve his pitch recognition. His hands are extremely fast, and he has the bat speed to develop power once he fills out.
  
  The Future: Twins fans should be patient with him, but De Los Santos’ Dominican Summer League debut will be among the more highly anticipated in a few years, as he’s one of the better athletes the team has signed internationally from recent classes.
