OF Chris Colton is athletic but hasn't run as well as expected and has a hitch in his swing. He reminds scouts of Al Shirley, which can be interpreted as good (he was a first-round pick of the Mets in 1991) or bad (he batted .213 and had a 208-strikeout season as a pro). Colton could go as early as the seventh round.
