Another pitcher who could factor into the mix early on is Klesko (Westminster, Calif.), who had not pitched by mid-April. Described as a Greg Swindell clone, Klesko suffered tendinitis in his pitching arm in the fall and has been reluctant to cut loose in a game situation. Scouts also like him as a hitting prospect, and say he has second-round potential as a first baseman.
