Hliboki induced the most swings and misses of any pitcher at the National High School Invitational to put himself back on scouts' radars after a slow start to the season. The 6-foot-3, 185-pound prep righthander has a three-quarter arm delivery with good extension and solid late lfe on his 88-90 mph fastball. He throws a three-pitch mix with quick arm action. His 11-to-5 curveball is particulary promising. Hliboki has plenty of projection remaining. He is committed to Vanderbilt.
