Gibbs made the move to junior college ball after spending two years at Indiana, including a redshirt year, without getting into a game. He put up an impressive regular season slash line of .396/.491/.597 in his first year at Central Arizona. Despite his gawdy offensive numbers, it will be Gibbs' defense that gets him drafted in the top 10 rounds if an organization deems him signable from his commitment to Southern California.
