Drew Bowlin

Bowlin, a converted catcher, left Tennessee and moved to the mound, where he's raw but promising. His fastball has been up to 92 mph, though he sat more often in the 87-88 range. He has a curveball, slider and splitter, and none of them is an average offering at this point. He tends to get around his breaking balls, though his 77-80 mph slider could become a usable pitch.
