Justin Friend

Another transfer doing well for the Cowboys is righthander Justin Friend, who spent the previous two seasons at Chabot (Calif.) Junior College. He has settled into Oklahoma State's closer role and showed an 88-91 mph fastball and a slider that has peaked at 82-83 mph. His command helps his stuff play up.
