College Top 25 (March 14)
Florida extended its winning streak to 11 games with a second consecutive 5-0 week and retained its top spot in the Baseball America Top 25 rankings, powered by Louisville Slugger.
The top 10 remains the same this week, with Texas A&M, Oregon State, Louisville and Vanderbilt remaining in hot pursuit of the top spot.
Mississippi State is the biggest mover in the rankings this week, climbing from No. 24 to No. 15 after sweeping Oregon. The Ducks fell from No. 11 to No. 19 following the series loss.
Three newcomers join the rankings for the first time this season. Riding an eight-game winning streak, College of Charleston joins the poll at No. 23. Long Beach State follows at No. 24 and Michigan State rounds out the rankings at No. 25. Long Beach returns to the rankings for the first time since the final poll in 2008, while Michigan State has not been ranked since April 11, 1988.
Falling out of the rankings are Georgia Tech, Alabama and East Carolina. All three lost weekend series.
The staff of Baseball America determines the Top 25 rankings. Records indicated are through games of March 13 and do not include ties.
