An arm-strength righthander, Grabmann is a physical 6-foot-1, 200-pound pitcher who is from Canada but pitched this spring with TNXL Academy in Florida. He has a fastball in the low 90s that has been up to 95-96 mph and has also thrown a low 80s slider and a changeup in the mid-80s that both need more refinement. There’s reliever risk with Grabmann, as he throws with plenty of effort and has a violent head whack, with strike questions that come with those mechanics. Grabmann is committed to Oregon and will be a draft-eligible sophomore in the 2024 class if he makes it to campus.
