Quinn Mathews: Cardinals 2024 Minor League Player Of The Year
The Cardinals drafted lefthander Quinn Matthews in the fourth round last year after four years at Stanford.
This year he climbed four levels in his pro debut and led the minor leagues with 202 strikeouts.
Mathews finished his player of the year season with four starts for Triple-A Memphis. Folding in his work at Double-A Springfield and two Class A levels, he recorded a 2.76 ERA in 143.1 innings.
