    Green’s stock has dipped since he was turned in as a 65 (80 is perfect) by the Major League Scouting Bureau earlier this year. That remained the highest grade registered by the Bureau all spring, but the Wichita State righthander since has had a mechanical breakdown and been plagued by serious control problems. Green has size and an outstanding arm in his favor, though.
